If you are looking to begin your undergraduate journey with us for the 2025/26 Academic Session, here’s everything you need to know about our 100 Level admission requirements.
1. O’ Level Requirements
To qualify, you must have at least five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in WAEC, NECO, or approved equivalent examinations. These credits should not be more than two sittings and must include the relevant subjects for your chosen course.
2. UTME (JAMB) Requirements
All candidates must participate in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The minimum scores are:
- General Courses: 160 and above
- Medical Laboratory Science: 180 and above
- Nursing Science: 200 and above
Your UTME subject combination must also be relevant to your course of study. For example:
- Nursing Science applicants should sit for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English.
- Accounting applicants should sit for Mathematics, Economics, English, and another social science subject.
3. Choosing Trinity University as Your First Choice
If you did not select Trinity University, Yaba as your First Choice Institution, don’t worry — you can still join us!
- Simply visit any accredited JAMB CBT Centre near you.
- Request a Change of Institution and make Trinity University, Yaba your first choice.
- Ensure your O’Level and UTME subjects align with your preferred course before finalizing.
4. Application Process
Once the above is done, click the link to initiate Admission Application and complete the admission form. You’ll be required to fill in your details, indicate your preferred course, and upload your documents.
5. Application Fee Payment
A non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) is required. Please pay into the University’s official account:

When making payment, kindly use the applicant’s full name as the depositor’s name to make verification easier.
6. Submitting Your Documents
After payment, forward all relevant documents — including your O’Level result(s), UTME slip, Change of Institution slip (if applicable), and proof of payment — to our official Trinity University WhatsApp Channel (number will be provided).
